Record Heat possible Monday June 19, 2017

Hot temperatures ahead! 

Temperatures will rise on Sunday then peak Monday. High temperatures are expected to hit the mid to upper 90’s over the most west side valleys in Southern Oregon and into the upper 90s and 100s for valleys in Northern California over Siskiyou County. East of the Cascades, high temperatures will rise into the low to mid 90s. For this time of year, these temperatures are 15 to 20 degrees above average. Record heat is possible, especially in Siskiyou County, with near record heat for most other locations. For more information visit weather.gov/medford.
